how many bathrooms do we have to have in a 2000sq ft chiropractic office in MO?

we are adding on to our chiropractic office make it a total of 2000 sq ft we are told we need two handicap bathrooms. does any body know if there is a way around this? our bathroom is not used enough to validate two bathrooms. Is there a book of codes to refer to? if so who or where can I get it?
