I attached this to one of my patio french doors, and the cats LOVE climbing on it and looking out the windows into the backyard. They stalk prey from it and they rip the fabric off it. They absolutely LOVE it! If you have active cats, I would not recommend this for a bedroom because when they jump on it sometimes it rattles and bangs against the door.

I purchased this for my daughter’s little dog about a month ago. I decided to buy the larger size so that the dog would have room to move around on it. To my surprise (I was hoping when I bought this) he used this the first day and has continued to use it. The grass portion is nice and soft like real grass. Now I’m not the one to clean this but it doesn’t look like it would be difficult. The important thing would be to clean it daily as I’m sure the animals don’t enjoy stepping on something wet
