Should you tip a masseuse at a chiropractic office?

I’ve been going to a chiro for about 2 years now and get a nice massage after my adjustment, usually 10 to 20 minutes. It certainly makes me feel better, but sometimes unnecessary if I just go in for a checkup.
They do a good job and want to show they are appreciated but I don’t feel comfortable leaving a tip. If seems kind of weird slipping a fiver to someone after a medical type massage. Any thoughts?

How to sue travel company in a different state?

I am in Oregon and would like to sue a tour provider whose US offices are in Colorado. I purchased the tour through an Oregon travel agency. The local agency is not the issue. They did a good job securing the services I asked for, but the tour company I asked them to use failed miserably on several counts. I really don’t want to sue the local agent! Just the tour company. In lieu of a civil suit, I would also be agreeable to binding arbitration.

Any suggestions how to proceed?
The company I want to sue does not have an Oregon registered agent.

Are there any benefits of having your carpet dry cleaned versus having it shampooed or steam cleaned?

I have berber carpet and a Bissell carpet shampooer. It seems to do a pretty good job, but I’m wondering how deep the water actually penetrates. Anyone have any experience with professionally dry cleaned carpet cleaning? Is it better for berber?

How do i make the most of the chiropractic care i receive?

- Any other things to do on my own?
- Any foods to avoid / include?
- work out before or after the adjustment?
- sleep in a certain way?

And – how do i know my chiropractor is doing a good job with the adjustments?
I got rear ended and suffered whiplash. I have been under treatment for about 2 months now and not much improvement.
During my previous such instances, ankle pain, knee issues etc i have gone to a main stream doctor / physiotherapist and cant say that it helped either.
