how much can a massage therapist working in a hospital or chiropractic setting make?

I got accepted into a massage therapy program and i’m really excited about it. although, it looks like male massage therapists in spa settings don’t do as well as females. so it looks like my best bet is to get into a hospital setting or chiropractic office. what is the job like in these environments? what are the hours usually? how much can I expect to make straight out of school? will a medical setting even hire me straight out of school?

How can I help my friend build his Chiropractic practice or find a chiro job?

My friend is a very gifted Chiropractor in Chicago but not a gifted businessman. He needs to either build his practice or get a job. He is incredibly talented and devoted to patient care.
He is already a partner with another doctor, but I don’t think they are doing anything to grow the practice – there’s no marketing.

How much should I pay for carpet and install?

I’m trying to hire someone to install carpeting in my basement (about 1100 sq. feet). The job would include removal of existing carpet.

I was quoted for a supposed midrange carpet (polyester type with 32 oz weight per sq foot – whatever that means) 00 for the whole thing – is that a good quote? If not, how much can I expect to pay by breakdown (carpet, install, padding, removal)
