I am a fairly active mother of two, and I am having issues losing weight. I work out every day for about an hour, and I work as a waitress, so I’m on my feet for 6-8 hours a day. I have really hit a wall on weight loss and I would like to try something to get the weight off fast. I eat healthy and in small portions, and I drink lots of water. I am healthy, except for the weight. What weight loss pill would you recommend?

I have been working on losing weight to become healthy. I have started a very nice exercise and diet plan (i.e. lifestyle change). I have lost 20 pounds so far. However, I would like to speed that process up or at least give it a push, especially with the holidays coming around. I am currently going to the gym and eating right, so I can lose a 100+lbs. I am wondering what the best weight loss supplement would be for me. I am working out every day. I weigh 309lbs and badly need to drop it. And feel that 1 lb a week is going to take forever. Thank you for you help.

My girlfriend is overweight and i can tell she’s very insecure about her body.I want to try and convince her to get weight loss surgery but i don’t want to seem mean or that i only care about her weight.I am not attracted to skinny size 2 type girls but i am attracted to girls with curves kinda like Jordin Sparks size.How do i talk to my girlfriend about getting weight loss surgery or just losing weight the old fashion way without making her feel bad?

I have an old upper back sports injury that I’ve been remedying with a combination of yoga and cardiovascular exercises. I’m losing weight and getting more flexible. It is helping my back to feel better. However, sometimes I still have some pain and stiffness. Would I be better off treating that with massage therapy or chiropractic?

I’ve been trying to lose weight for some time now. I only need to lose about 30 pounds. Recently, I noticed that I have been losing weight, even though I haven’t really been on much of a diet. I went to the doctor, who told me I have a Tape Worm inside me, and this is causing my weight loss. Here’s my delimma: Should I remove the Tape Worm, or rejoice at my new-found diet plan? I mean, hey! I get to eat whatever I want and I’m still losing weight. Maybe I should wait until I get to my desired weight and then have it removed? What do you think?
While I appreciate the various weight loss suggestions I have gotten, they do not pertain to the question I put forth. Should I let the tape worm stay inside me to help me lose weight?

It is told that lemon water helps with weight loss, but how effective is it? Not the detox diet, but just drinking lemon water throughout the day, how much weight could you possibly lose in a week? In a month? I am curious to know how effective it really is in losing weight.

I’m 29, I’m 5’2”. In the past 2.5 weeks i have lost 11 pounds and now weigh 205. I have already noticed a little skin sag.
I reviewed the other questions on this topic. I want to know if it is necessary to stick to the regiment of 2 pounds max per week for weight loss or it’s alright to lose more if you’re doing higher intensity exercises like swimming, running, bicycling.
I’ve been losing weight so fast b/c i’ve cut down on how much food i’ve been eating, working out multiple times a day and cutting down on sleep ( i was sleeping too much previously).
would collagen in skin spring back faster if i lose weight at the slower rate of 2 lbs per week?
even if i lose weight faster than the 2 lbs, and lose weight at the 1 lb/ day as i am now, will my skin shrink to normal eventually? (i hope to lose at least 70 more lbs) i’m willing to lose weight 2lb/wk. i gained this weight of 65 pounds over the past year. i haven’t had it for very long. is my skin resilient? be honest.
